Dubai Running - A Night Run You’ve Never Experienced

The Super Sports Night Run Series on the Meydan Royal Bridge is famous for a reason.

If you’ve been looking for something to do in Dubai, look no further. Even if you’re not usually a runner, you won’t want to miss the Super Sports Night Run Series, a midweek run on the Meydan Royal Bridge that will display some of the best of what Dubai running has to offer. From the lit-up skyline of Sheikh Zayed Road and Business Bay to the Burj Khalifa as the centrepiece, you’ll get to see the beauty of Dubai at night. Wear your brightest neon running clothes so that you glow in the dark (the blue bridge light will also illuminate you!). The run is set to great music for an exciting experience.

If you want to join and don’t know where to start, we’ve got all the information you need to run to the finish line!

Event details:

The race starts at the Track Golf Clubhouse, Meydan. Parking is at G12 on the ground level as you approach the entrance to THE TRACK. The event starts at 8pm and is taking place on 23 November, but you can sign up now. Registration closes on 20 November at 11:59pm and there’s absolutely no way to sign up the day of, so you’ll want to make sure you register here ahead of time. Cancellations and category changes are accepted until 19 November at the same time, but all of this depends on whether the event sells out (if it does, you’re out of luck).

When you’re signing up, you can choose between 3k, 5k, or 10k. If you are a brand new runner or running with family, you may want to try the shorter run, whereas if you are a more experienced runner, you’ll want to go for the full 10k. The good news is that the course itself is easy to run and navigate, which means that you’ll be comfortable with Dubai running no matter what your experience level is.

The Super Sports Night Run Series costs either 125 or 175 AED, the cheaper option applying to juniors (those below the age of 19). There are discounts for families of 3 or more. Included in the price is a shirt, an electronic chip that times how long your run took, a medal, snack and juice, fruit, water, and a downloadable certificate that you participated in the run.

Why join Dubai Running with the Super Sports Night Run?

This is the perfect chance to let off steam after a long day or just to participate in the cultural events taking place in Dubai. It’s great exercise with amazing views, and it allows you to be amongst like-minded people who also want to challenge themselves and experience what there is to see in Dubai. If you’re new to Dubai running, it’s also an incredible opportunity to see the sights of Dubai differently than how you’d normally experience them - on an epic run throughout the city! If you’re interested in the run, we recommend you check out the official site to learn more.

If you don’t want to join, though, no worries. We at Vonder co-living recognise that people have different interests, and we provide you with so much to do at home that you never have to leave if you don’t want to. There are incredible on-site amenities, from personal fitness studios (if you prefer a more private run) to cafés and co-working offices. You get the chance to form a personal community in your own home and do exactly what you want to do. If you’ve always wanted to live in Dubai, or already do but are looking for a community there, then all-in-one living in Dubai is the perfect option for you. It gives you the chance to focus on what matters during your stay while forgetting the rest. With comprehensive bills (to save you the headache of paying different bills to different places) and community events so you can get to know your neighbours, you’ll love being a part of our living experience.
